Please note all orders made through our online store are currently pre-orders and will be delivered through September – October 2017.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email to confirm. Please specify a residential or business address where someone will be available to sign for the item during working hours.
We currently ship to Qatar only.
Returns and Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. So if you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase within 7 days of delivery date.
To get your returns and exchanges authorized, simply contact us at email@example.com with a detailed description of what you want to return and your order number. We will get back to you within 2 business days.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received them – unworn, unwashed and with all the tags attached.
Once your items have been received, we will refund you via your original payment method. Please allow between 7–15 working days for the refund to reflect on your account statement.
Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Please note that we do not offer refunds and exchanges on sale items.
